We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

Ensure that DHL demonstrates innovation and generates opportunities to reduce the cost base with no adverse effect on service.

Responsible for managing operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPIs

Responsible for managing the engagement with global depots and the customer’s local in-country teams; any issues/complaints to be escalated to the Global Supply Chain Manager

Day to day management of the Customer Service team and alignment to EDC teams for service provision

Supporting detail and metrics that feed into monthly supplier reviews & preparing necessary data to facilitate performance reviews

Defined Supply Chain Audit programme aligned to commercial and financial expectations of providers that link to quality management systems and other stakeholders

Query resolution from customer service systems as well as outputs forenames and internal training adherence to time lines / schedules of training

Be the business liaison between local and wider DHL business teams that support compliance in all aspects of the control tower.

Work closely with the Global Logistics Manager, Finance Manager & Procurement Manager to ensure that all necessary service changes and or improvements are implemented effectively

Knowledge of Lifesciences supply chain transport and warehousing

Knowledge of Budget Management and Cost Controls

Understanding of CXM and business reporting tools

People Management and Development Planning

Excellent customer service

Proactive /problem solving

Ability to manager remote teams based in differing time zones / regions
