Sales Representative, Patient Monitoring & Life Support – Ile-de-France Region

Sales Representative, Patient Monitoring & Life Support
Based in Ile-de-France Region
Reporting to PMLS Sales & Marketing Manager, France
Location: Paris, France
Your responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the PMLS Sales Manager, you are responsible for sales, margins, and market share development in the Île-de-France territory
  • As a commercial expert, you will develop turnover, by engaging with our customers (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
  • You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction, developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers, by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Planning and managing the full relationship between Mindray and our key accounts across the Île-de-France territory
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the designated territory
  • Coordinating the involvement of internal stakeholders, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively leading the joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one to three-year period
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Identifying and approaching new potential strategic customers

Key measures of success

  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in medical related disciplines is preferred
  • Established relationships at hospitals within this region, focusing on patient monitoring & life support products (e.g., monitors, anaesthesia machines, ventilators)
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • Experienced in working with hospital management, public customers, and key clients
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit to organize all internal and external resources to reach the sales target.
  • Understanding and cohesion with the Mindray culture, working well under the matrix management structure of Mindray
  • Ability to work in France without the requirement of company sponsorship
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible to travel as required
