Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to work with our existing Technical Administrator.

The Customer Service Advisor role:
This is a full-time office-based position which requires pace and energy, you will need to be comfortable with working in a busy environment. This is a great opportunity to become part of a professional, customer focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders for new and existing customers

Interface with customers to ensure sales ordering process is understood and runs smoothly

Liaise with customers on behalf of sales reps where required

Manage the sales admin email inbox

Answer all order telephone calls (route to correct person)

Support ops team

Salesforce – reporting and updating

Ensure the consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service

Taking ownership of any customer challenge and ensure it is resolved.

Required Skills:
Customer focus/customer first attitude essential

Experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers

2 years’ experience of working in an administrative position, sales admin experience is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Experience of using Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel

Proactive and thinking outside the box approach

Experience of Sales Force would be ideal but not essential

Having the confidence to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident dealing with a wide range of customers and suppliers on the phone. You will require experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Our office is in a rural area so you will need your own transport.

We will provide all the necessary training on our phone systems and processes.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
