Due significant growth across the business and a policy to promote from within where possible, we are on the search for multiple customer service professionals to join us in either our Rockhampton or Townsville Contact Centres on a full time or part time basis.

Our Customer Care Representatives provide first class customer service to household and business customers throughout Queensland. In partnership with our customers for over two decades, we’ve helped to raise more than $16 million for the Royal Flying Doctors Service for all Queenslanders.

What will you be doing?
Our Customer Care Representatives are responsible for delivering a high level of professional and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries via the telephone and emails. As first point of contact your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing a great customer experience while resolving a high volume of inbound customer enquiries regarding;

Permanent full time and Permanent part time opportunities are available for suitably qualified candidates available to work on a varying roster between the hours of 7:50am – 5:15pm Monday to Friday in a modern, open plan contact centre in either Rockhampton or Townsville.
Permanent full-time 36.25 hours per week (9-day fortnight).
Permanent part time shifts 25 – 32 hours per week.
Remuneration ranges from $66,490 – $81,410 per annum + superannuation. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Retail Union Collective Agreement 2020. Your salary will be reviewed as you demonstrate competency in the role. (NB: THESE AMOUNTS ARE THE ANNUAL AMOUNTS AND IF YOU ARE A PART-TIME EMPLOYEE THESE AMMOUNT WILL ACCRUE AND BE PAID ON A PRO-RATA BASIS).
As part of the recruitment process candidates will be required to be available for the commencement date shown below. Training will be per location and you will need to be available for 5 weeks of full-time paid training prior to commencing as a Customer Care Representative.
Training will commence: Monday 9th of January 2023.
